Gene, is that you??

Today, during my customary shenanigans throughout the store, I came to the startling conclusion that Activision may have a copyright infringement lawsuit on their hands. After extensive research into the matter I have decided that the extremely popular Skylander Giant character "Crusher" looks disturbingly like our beloved lesbian tongued Gene Simmons.

You be the judge:

If Gene is anything like Kim Kardashian (who tried to sue Old Navy for having a mannequin that resembled her), he will already be pursing the matter; however, unlike Kim, there is no question that if he should win said lawsuit, the money will probably go to a charity instead of towards new designer shoes. Ouch burn! Sorry Kim, but the world knows how big your ego really is.

Either way it is safe to say that Crusher is bad ass.
