Home-made Lasagne Time!

It is home-made lasagne day at my house!

Check out what we got up to.
We are serious about our lasagne.


Let's make the dough.
Add a little basil and chop it into chunks.

Let's roll it out. Not all ghetto like...
but with a pasta machine!
No rolling pins here!

 
Let's layer it up! and add some fresh spinach.

 
Time to add cheese and bake it.

Let's eat!!



This has been a family tradition for many years now.
It takes quite a bit longer than it would if you were using packaged
lasagne noodles, but it tastes so much better! It is really worth it to spend the
extra time making it. A little bit of family time'll hurt no'one ;)
